The closest airport is Gstaad Saanen Airport, located in the heart of the Alps only 2.8 kilometers from Gstaad village.

Its short runway length of 4,500ft makes it accessible only to a few aircraft types. One of the most popular private jet for charter to Gstaad is the Pilatus PC12. This single engine Turbo Prop can flawlessly handle the short runway while also accommodating up to 8 passengers.

Due to its location within The Alps, there has to be good weather conditions in order to fly to/from Gstaad and aircraft de-icing may be necessary when flying in the winter as temperatures can regularly be below freezing.

An alternative is to fly to Bern Belp and then use a helicopter or limousine transfer.
